Once you can easily get Atlas to level 1000 move all your gilds to him leaving only 1 gild bonus on Masked Samurai (this just speeds things up a little on your next ascension). If you can easily get Masked Samurai to Level 2500 then move all of your gilds to him. The below should get you to 3600 or close to with grinding out the last 100 levels.
